Well, that's not easy, but it is necessary to establish priorities, so make a list pointing to the degree of importance of each event and / or task. Sometimes we realize that it is really necessary to have a weekend, where we spent time with our family with doing nothing. That's what I did!!

(PT) Já repararam que nem sempre é fácil aproveitarmos bem os fins-de-semana para relaxarmos? Sempre quando achámos que será este fim-de-semana em que vamos fazer simplesmente nada aparece sempre um evento ou uma tarefas que não conseguimos concluir durante a semana e que têm que ser feitas agora. O que fazer para isso não acontecer?
Pois é, não é fácil, mas é necessário estabelecer prioridades, por isso façam uma lista para apontar o grau de importância de cada evento e/ou tarefa. Por vezes, apercebemo-nos que é realmente necessário termos um fim-de-semana, onde passamos o tempo com a nossa família sem nada para fazer. Foi o que eu fiz!!!!
Como são os teus fins-de-semana?
(DE) Hab ihr schon bemerkt, dass es nicht immer einfach ist, am Wochenende zu entspannen? Immer, wenn wir dachten, es wird dieses Wochenende sein, dass wir einfach nichts tun werden, gibt es immer ein Ereignis oder eine Aufgabe, die wir nicht im Laufe der Woche abschlossen konnten. Was soll man machen damit das nicht passiert?
Nun, es ist nicht einfach, aber es ist notwendig Prioritäten zu setzen, deswegen macht eine Liste auf der ihr dem Grad der Wichtigkeit der jeweiligen Veranstaltung und / oder Aufgabe aufschreibt. Manchmal erkennen wir, dass es wirklich notwendig ist, Zeit mit unserer Familie zu haben. Das war, was ich tat!
